Plain terms for a simple app: pay once, own it, use it fairly.

By downloading or using WordClimb ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard App Store Terms.
The "WordClimb Lifetime" in-app purchase (R$ 39,90 or local equivalent) unlocks Phases 2 through 10 indefinitely on the Apple ID that made the purchase, plus up to 5 family members through Family Sharing. It is a one-time charge — there is no recurring subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's refund policy.

All content (word lists, copy, design, code) is owned by WordClimb. The Phase content is licensed for personal use only.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pronunciation scoring is heuristic and shouldn't be used as a formal language assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordClimb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App anytime.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Campo Grande - MS.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
